Before your appointment, make sure your lashes are clean and free of makeup, mascara, and oil-based products. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, as they can cause your eyes to flutter during the application process. A full set takes about 2-2.5 hours to perform, so be sure you have enough time and avoid consuming large amounts of liquid beforehand.
