Plum Patron Membership Terms

Monthly payments for this membership will be charged to the credit card on file on the same day the membership was purchased or the first day of the month.


Memberships may not be shared. A photo ID may be requested upon check-in for services.

Memberships are non-refundable and require a minimum six-month term. Memberships will auto-renew each month until cancelled. Cancellations require written notice at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment.

Early cancellations will incur a fee equal to the difference of the services received vs the standard rate, or $75, whichever is less.

Members may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the regular service price for same-day cancellations with less than four hours’ notice and will forfeit the service benefit for appointment no-shows.

Included services may only be redeemed once the monthly payment has been made. Member may request early payment withdrawal if desired.

Services included in the membership will accrue if not used. Once a membership is cancelled, all accrued services must be used within 60 days after the cancellation date.

Benefits included in a Membership have no cash value.

Memberships may be put on hold for up to two billing cycles and will be automatically renewed on the next billing cycle. During this time, no fees will be assessed and benefits may not be accessed.

Product and service discounts may not be combined with other discounts or offers.
